Fast shipping and great boots. True to size, ordered the size I would typically wear.

High price, quick shipping. Finding and using the coupon codes is ridiculous. Some don't work even after being sent directly to me. Some require text service (which gets super annoying, super fast) or email marketing sign up -- again, once or twice a year, fine -- several a day, NO THANKS. Who needs that many shoes?

Usually size 8 Frye boots fit me well. The Olivia Combat are way too small. I can't return them because they were reduced. $200 wasted. Very disappointed.

Super fast shipping, I got these days after ordering

Not great. The shoe claims to “true to size” but it’s so clearly far from that. I’m nervous to order again because I worry that even a half size down wouldn’t be enough to fill this gap.

Super fast shipping, packaged well!

This is the worst purchase I've ever made. I ordered my usual size, but the shoes run small, and I couldn't exchange them because I bought on final sale . Now I have two pairs of shoes I can't wear because they're too small.

Fast shipping

I had no idea that when I purchased a pair of boots for myself and one for my husband that because they were on sale, they were not returnable. Both of us have a bunion on our foot and these boots are cut to narrow to accommodate that. I checked The size guide and ordered what was recommended but I have no idea that I would be stuck with two pair of boots worth almost $500 that are not returnable because they were on sale. I’m very upset that even after reading the return policy I wasn’t aware that these boots aren’t returnable.
