Received it in a timely manner. After reading the instructions I had a question as to it's operation. Started with the on line chat. Could not answer the question or even find reference to the tool. I supplied the part number on the tool. Called the 800 number and the question was answered. Have not used the tool yet.

I was sure that i was receiving hoses with this purchase. I was surprised when i opened the case and no hose were there.

Was thrilled Testo-Direct had what I needed. Unfortunately, once the order was placed and order confirmation sent, I was left wondering on the status of my order as weeks went by. Perhaps a notification indicating something was back-ordered would be good? Thankfully, customer service was quick to respond when I asked for an update.
