I enjoy working with the probes, though the temperature probes have a hard time keeping good contact with smaller pipes. I like the fact that the app can read 6 probes at once, since I take readings on the discharge, suction, and liquid lines. I am a little upset that the AC/Refrigeration part of the app is not designed to accept all 6 probes. All-in-all, they are well worth buying.

The Testo 510i is easy to use and a good value for the price. Tech support was very helpful. It can be a bit confusing to determine which devices work with which accessories, though.

Ordering was fast and simple. adding the coupon was also simple. The web site is very well organized. And prices are competitive.

I intended to order 0516 0283. Instead I ordered 0516 0260 by accident. When I called the guy I spoke with was very understanding. He said that he would try to find out if you all sold the correct part and get back with me. This was on a Friday afternoon and he said Monday or Tuesday he would call me back and give me an RMA for the wrong part and let me know about the right part. That never happened.
