It took a couple minutes to learn how to use my 550 but it was worth it with real time reading by blue tooth I can set up a TXV without having to run up and down from roof to evaporater

I am not happy!!!
I connected the gauges to a bottle of refrigerant and expected to see the same reading on both gauges However there was a two PSI difference. I question the quality of the pressure transducers. So I sent an email to see what was needed to correct the problem and received no response. My experience so far with this product has been disappointing.

So far I like using the equipment that I purchased from you wish I had an option of velgrid for the meter. And I wish I had gotten my instruction manual for both the hood and the vein in English I only received French and Spanish versions which I speak neither

Excellent service, but need to modify functions
I like the brand very much, but in the functions they are short, they have very good functions, but they are designed to use them in a bench, under perfect conditions, and not for the real work, under real conditions. I have several devices testo, HVAC and all is the same, I am little disappointed, and very much to my regret I would not recommend them, unless you solve those problems. I have tried to contact testo in different countries to explain, or help, and I have never had an answer. I love testo, but I need a fast tool that can use it under real working conditions!.. There are a lot of options to make them better, and make new products and grow more the brand!
