We recently upgraded our daughter's stereo system and back up camera for her 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Initial installation took longer than expected the manufacturer didn't have the part or delayed shipment. However, Chris the GM understood our frustrations and did what every good manager should do, he made things right with us. In my book that says a great deal if you have issue and the company and management are willing to work to remedy the situation they should rightfully keep your business. They did exactly that, I don't know about you but with these ridiculous freezing temps one of those remote start systems is looking more attractive each day. The guys at Stereo West I'm sure will be taking care of it for me real soon. Thank you for standing behind your products and service!!!

I was dealing with Chris on having my viper remote start and alarm installed on my pick up truck. Due to some issues on another customers car the installer couldn’t get my truck done at the promised time. Rather than having an unsatisfied customer Chris upgraded me to a LCD remote and even delivered my vehicle to my home. This was the best experience ever with any retailer I have ever worked with. I had a problem with my car radio as it wasn't working. David offered to come out to my car and check it. He did and got it playing right away. At no charge. Thank you for the great service!!

Dave showed me how to deal with my navigation system and had me on the way in 5 minutes.

I came in to have my front speakers replaced, but live out of town. Shawn was able to get me in the same day, a busy Saturday, and had my car ready after hours to pick up. Unfortunately, as I was driving away from the store, the speakers went quiet. Since the store was closed, I had to wait until Monday to get in touch with them. Even though I was back in my home city of Denver, they were able to find me an audio specialist that found a short in my car door that was causing the problem the same day, and fixed it with no charge. Thanks for the fantastic work and service, it is appreciated!

I have had Stereo West in Elkhorn install 2 remote starters. Each time I enter the store, I receive great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they install. David Hampson is always willing to answer any questions I have. I highly reccomend Stero West.

I was very pleased with the assistance that Nick Mace, Client Adviser and Store Mgr. at the Elkhorn, NE branch. My mom purchased an older toyota corolla that someone had badly installed a remote starter and it was starting on its own. Nick Mace disengaged the wiring and took care of it with compliments! My first experience with Stereo West in Elkhorn was truly a nice one, thank you!

My husband had bought a new radio/CD/Bluetooth for my truck on the internet for Christmas and installed it himself. The personnel were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would have given a higher rating, but I had a 0900 appointment and my vehicle wasn't finished until 1000 pm... 13 hours is a long time.

Making the appointment I was excited to work with Stero West. Totally different feeling when I dropped my truck off. Not a horrible experience but by far not a great one.

We purchased a car starter online and arranged for in-store installation. We dropped the car off and picked it up later that day and have been happy with the results and operation. If we get another remote car starter, we won't hesitate to use Stereowest.

I went to the N 76th & Dodge location to have a replacement remote start key fob programmed. A pleasant gentlemen named Daryl greeted me the a excellent personality. Daryl resolved my issue fast and didn't charge me. Daryl should be cloned. Excellent customer service!!!!

I had stereo west put in aKenwood radio in my new vehicle and they were nothing out professional and patient during the process. I gotta say that Doug in sales did a spectacular job in coordinating with the installers and me when trying to work through some issues with the back up camera and steering wheel controls.
