Had a remote start installed a year and a half ago (Elkhorn). Lately, I've had some minor problems with it (user error lol...oops!) But the Elkhorn location was extremely kind, fixed my problem and gave me some useful info for the future. I won't go any where else. They've earned my loyalty time and time again.

I purchased a remote start for my husband as a gift. I wasn’t able to go in to the store to purchase because of my schedule but was helped over the phone by Ryan. I had called several places around town who offer remote start and install but Stereo West had BY FAR the best price on the best system in my price range. Drop off on install day was fast and friendly. I asked Ryan if I could have my husbands vehicle back earlier than he what he offered originally and he said he would make sure it happened for me...he held to his word and I was able to pick it up earlier than expected! My husband loves his remote start and is very pleased with the quality. We will definitely use Stereo West for anything we need in the future. Ryan was great to work with but all the staff were very kind and helpful!

Walked in looking for a couple parts and every time I've gone in, the guys have been super helpful.

I am on the boarder of liking the end results or not. To start they have 2 locations and neglected to tell me which location I was supposed to drop my vehicle off at, my luck went to the wrong one first. Took them 7 hours to get my car done after being told it was going to be about 4 hours. They said the bubbles that were left behind will work themselves out, and I haven’t seen any difference after about 2 weeks. Still has bubbles the size of quarters in some windows and the rear windshield looks like the ends are pulling off already. 2 of the 7 windows looks professionally done but the other 5 windows have bubbles. They would have had 5 stars from me if they had better customer service and didn’t “rush” through my tint.

Doug at the Elkhorn location was really great to work with on a problem with one of my remote start fobs. He diagnosed an issue with my main fob but made sure the backup had a good battery and held a charge because he was awaiting a shipment that included a replacement for my main fob. Over a period of a couple weeks he touched base to let me know when the shipment was scheduled to arrive, and then again to have me come in so he could swap them out. I didn't expect this level of follow-up and was extremely appreciative of Doug's efforts to get me right! Thanks again!

was having trouble with the viper alarm system on my son's F-150. We stopped by the west omaha store to get some advice on what was wrong with it, hoping i wouldn't have to replace it. DOUG came to my rescue!! He did some trouble shooting and figured out that the remote was bad, hooked us up with a new remote, it works great now. Just wanted to say that Doug was super nice, very knowledgeable and if i ever need anything for any of my auto's... i'm taking them there!!! Thanks again Doug !!

On May 2nd I dropped into their store. Was greeted professionally and asked if I needed any assistance. I told Doug(name of store worker) what I was doing and what I was looking for. I said I bought a amp kit off the internet and it's prolly the copper coated wire, which isn't high grade. I informed him I was rewiring my stereo on motorcycle. Also asked him about my amp and some connectors I would possibly need. He did not have the connectors I was looking for and proceeded to get me some wire for the speakers...was gonna pay for the wire but he just said to write a good review and didn't want payment. So here I am...I will definitely revisit this store for future purchases Thanks again Doug, Sincerely Bill Fitzpatrick

I am working on the innards of a 2002 Beetle, and needed to remove the original radio. Ryan at Stereo West removed it for me quickly and easily. Great customer service, great place. I will buy car audio from here going forward.

Took my Escape there because the dealership said it was my remote causing all the issues on my car. NOPE, they not only looked but found the problem, printed off where to get the part and how to fix to save me money. They are the BEST!!!!

The process to buy the remote start on the website was very easy, and talking on the phone with employees to set up a time for the installation was very pleasant. However, when I dropped my vehicle off, the young man working the front desk was not overly friendly and did not seem to know much about what was going on. He also said he would call when my vehicle was done, but when I finally returned after three hours of waiting, my vehicle was sitting outside completed for who knows how long. They also did not have the correct paperwork showing that I had already paid for my remote start. I've heard wonderful things about this company, but my experience was lackluster!
