I requested help with one specific thing and the person assigned to my ticket was no help at all. My emails were very specific and she never answered the question. I had to keep repeating what I needed and she never addressed it. It was as if she was not eating my e-mails.I finally gave up on your person. She was absolutely worthless and wasted my time. I then went to a different source who provided the exact information I requested in a matter of about 2 minutes.
