This company is a sham. I ordered a specific part for my elliptical. The photo of the part and part number was exactly what I needed. Only after waiting five days for the part, I open the package and it's a completely different par than what I ordered and paid for. It's not even a close part. I don't even know what this part is and what it goes to. I researched the part I ordered at great length and how to put it in. This piece of junk they sent me is not even close. Thieves!!

I placed order for in stock item and my credit card was charged within an hour, that's normal. However, a week later I still have not received this order, that is not normal. Sportsmith subpar performance on this order is disappointing and clearly not competitive. Not recommended.

Today I installed the seat bracket assembly for my BowFlex Power Pro that I ordered from you last week. I was impressed that your bracket was so much better than the original part by BowFlex. Their part was all plastic and I had to replace it because the lock pull cracked. Your replacement part is all metal and so much sturdier than the original. Thank you again for your high quality part.
