I've lost confidence in Spectrum over the past 2-3 years. Haven't heard from a rep in forever. Used to be able to call & talk to him directly - now I have to leave a message and he replies via email.

you have a great selection of chemicals and decent prices, but your logistics leave a lot to be desired. For example, I send an order at 2:30 or 3pm, pay for overnight shipping, and it doesn't ship until the next day. it's flat out not on par with your competitors. If it were more reliable, you'd get more of my business.
