No complaints, it is a great dryer!
Love this dryer! It is light and not as noisy as some. It has been totally reliable too. This is my third one, the others are still working fine but as a stylist, you have to have extras.

I recently bought a Solano 3300 Xtralite and was very disappointed with how slow and inefficient it was to work with my curly hair. Because of this, I wrote an awful review. A week or so later, to my disbelief, I was contacted by Customer Service who offered to send me a brand new, more powerful blow-dryer at NO COST. Within days, I received it and shipped back my "inadequate" blow-dryer at NO COST. I cannot rave enough about this. A great company is not just about great products. It's also about courteous assistance to its loyal customers. The company lived up to its reputation! Customer Service was professional, expedient, and polite. A breath of fresh air. Thank you, Solano. I will continue to rave about you in perpetuity.
