I sent my Solano in for repair and also purchased a new one on the same day. I could not believe how fast the turnaround was on it both were repair and having a new one sent to me was approximately one or two days thank you Solano for making it so consistently easy to use your company. Look forward to my next purchase.

SO happy to have my fabulous trusty Solano Hair Dryer back and good as new! I was so worried when my plug broke that my dryer was dead. . . but Solano made it so easy to send it in, get it fixed, and ship it back to me. And for a very reasonable cost. I feel like a have a brand new hair dryer, and I know it will last me for many more years now.
