Very classy and comfy, arch support is minimal for high arches.

Packaged well. Shipping was within reason. I have a couple small issues with the quality of the sandal. Around the edges, where they are glued, are several small gaps ~ I'm hoping they don't work into something bigger. Also, on one of the small buckle loops, the leather has a small nick.

Narrow toe bed. I wish Sofft would consider widening the toes. They are not comfortable- no toe room. They also look very narrow and pointy. I returned them

Calf on all boots they make are so tight or don’t fit at all They are made for skinny girls with thin legs. I’d buy the SHARNELLS if they were two inches larger in circumference!!! JUST TOOO TIGHT

The boots are beautiful. The sizing is so far off there's no way to figure out what to request on the return. I bought a 10 for someone who wears size 10 and has many Sofft shoes - 10 was always perfect. She couldn't get her foot in it. I'm a 9. 5 and couldn't get my foot in it. They're either wildly mismarked or something is very wrong with the construction.

Cute & stylish I ordered the grey in my normal size, 8. They fit great. Although I just like to wear boots with super thin socks or stockings. I wore them to work, walked the dog, and did a little shopping all in one day. Felt great and they look stylish
