The online store says you can return to a brick and mortar store- which wasn’t true per the Store in Tampa on Dale Mabry. Miserable experience- contacted support and got the help I needed

I love the product! However, the shipping was awful. I had to send back my original for a different size. From the time I placed the first order until the time I got the second order with the correct size it took over one two months.
