i like the search Engine since it filters all related items that I need to find. The site should also have a monthly sale aside from the discounts, since other online shops can offer a much lesser price. Overall, the site is nice and user friendly.

Product was very well priced but I didn't get the 4 packs I asked for. Returning one pack to get it replaced with the correct one required 3 phone calls. Then, next month, product turned up again... unordered. I rang and paid for the product as I had been thinking of ordering again. Pleasant staff on the phone.
