I ordered 2 pairs of Masseurs and requested a 3-7 day delivery time. After the 7 days my shoes had not arrived so I emailed Roy Young and was informed that as they only had 1 pair in stock they were waiting for more to come in before sending them. That’s great but I feel that should have been communicated to me. I had to follow it through. A courtesy email explaining the hold up would have been appreciated. I had started wondering whether I had been scammed!! My masseurs have since arrived and I am happy with them.
