1/3 Items missing, but not notified
My first experience with RY Chemist went okay. The site was easy to deal with, prices were good on the items I was comparing and shipping was fast. However, one of the three items I ordered didn't arrive and I had received no information regarding it. I had to make a phone call to address the issue, and although the girl was helpful and found out the problem (item not available) and refunded me quickly, it was very disappointing because the missing item was meant to be my Husband's Valentines present. The lack of notification left me without enough time to make an alternative choice in time, given that I also live remotely. However, I will most likely give them another chance.
