I love the ever calm products, my skin feels hydrated and healthy

I love all the REN products I now use. My skin has suffered during the Menopause, so I thank REN for helping to rebalance it over the last couple of years that I have been using their products

I love all the products I ordered. Ever calm moisturiser is one of my classics, its just perfect! I received Mini Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask 15ml, as a gift and I have loved it I will be soon ordering the product :) on the other hand one of my gifts samples was empty Radiance Vitamin C Gel Cream 5ml so I wont be able to use.

The website is User friendly! And I got a lot of free gifts by buying from their own website! Been using their overnight calming balm every winter for 4 years now!

First time ordering and was impressed by the information and help available on the website to help me select the best products for my skincare concerns. Also the discounts, free gifts and samples were a bonus. Order arrived quickly with good delivery communication and was packaged simply, but nicely making it easy to recycle. Products are also gorgeous and even after a few days, my skin feels more hydrated, calmer and refreshed. Can’t wait for my next order.

Customer service is awful. It used to be good but now whenever I contact them which I'm forced to, to get me points, I'm given the incorrect points and they just repeat themselves. For example, they tell me my points are the same as they where before my order when I ask for the updated points after placing an order for over £100. A few years ago the points system worked very well online then it was taken away and has been under maintenance for over 2 year now. I feel lied to by customer service and ripped off! It's time consuming and they do not know what they are doing or don't care so just fob me off with the wrong information which I question and we go round in circles. TERRIBLE!

I have used REN products for years & always believed them to be an ethical company. I firstly was very disappointed to find that my two favourite all time products have been discontinued. The Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial and The Guérande Salt Exfoliating Body Balm. But more than that, I was shocked to find that my order was dispatched from Unilever!! I had not done my due diligence and realised that REN had sold out to this extremely unethical company that conducts animal testing! I am still contemplating returning the entire order.

I have been using the Evercalm system for about 2 months now. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder and the products are helping greatly. I also love the samples offered because there is enough product to last several days! It is a great way to try something different.

I’ve used the AHA product before, when it was carried by Sephora. I reordered via REN’a website and tried the cleanser for the first time. They are both great products. But, unfortunately I won’t be reordering as I saw online that REN has been purchased, and now owned by Unileaver. I’d sad because I don’t support companies who support, and continue to do, animal testing. :(

light nourishing oil to buy on repeat

on a whim I gave Ren Calming line a try, and my skin has not been this comfortable or happy in over a decade. Magical.

These products are sooooo much better than I expected. I bought these products just because of the Black Friday sale. I’m now a Ren user for life.

Bought products under the impression that a code I was using meant I'd get a free gift. No mention of a minimum spend on any ads for it. Turns out I needed to spend £90, and customer service advisor spent more time berating me for using a swear word in an email than actually reading what I was saying. Last time I buy from ren.

The cleanser leaves my skin feeling very dry. I was hoping for something more gentle!

I am loving my cleanser. Been a die hard fan of the product I use it with Niacinamide 10% and it clears my face.

Just love all Ren products. They plump and nourish my skin amazingly. Best products I have ever used. Love the little samples offered as fantastic for travelling.
