Products arrived in good condition. Unfortunate that REN is going out of business.

I finally found a skincare company where the products work, they don't break me out and they aren't crazy expensive and you go out of business! So sad and disappointed.

I am so disappointed to discover REN is stopping trading at the end of July. I use their products for all my skincare .

The Moroccan rose bath oil had a nasty bitter off smell, absolutely no hint of rose. Deeply disappointed as when bought in the past, it smelt heavenly. Would have returned and complained had I not been going away the next day.

Completely devasted to learn that this company will close and with it all these amazing products will be gone forever - what on earth will those of us with super sensitive skin do now? On a personal level these products helped to restore and maintain my skin in a way no other products have been able to do. It is difficult to imagine that a company with such a loyal following can cease trading entirely. What a terrible waste. The excellent staff who have been so helpful over the years…what about them? It’s really incredible to me that this company is not considered viable- despite having been profitable for many years. What on earth has gone on here? If excellent products, loyal customers and excellent staff can’t make a company viable then what can?

Fortunate enough be on the team early in my life. Super sad about everything. Best of luck to everyone!

I LOVE your products and super bummed that Ren will be no more. From Ready Steady Glow to Gylocic Peel and Evercalm line and makeup remover…. this is a huge loss for quality skin care.

I will miss this skin care so much. I saw so many good results. I stocked up as much as I could. But I’m very sad to have to find new skin care. Thank you for everything 💜

I love Ren products. I was disappointed when some that I use were discontinued. Especially Look Young and Beautiful serum which was amazing. But now I’m extremely sad that REN is closing down altogether. It’s a shame Unilever got involved.

I’m genuinely devastated the brand is being discontinued. I’ve been using the gentle cleansing gel for my reactive skin for years and can’t believe I need to find a substitute.

Moroccan Rose Oil is simply the best! Evokes the scent of a summer evening in the midst of a garden overflowing with roses in full bloom. Possibly my favourite ‘Spa’ product ever! I shall be so upset if this is no longer available 😔

I am obsessed with the Radiance Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic, I have been using it for nearly 8 years! The super clean, tingley feeling is a nightly ritual for me. Love, LoVe, LoVe!!

Since the company is closing, I don’t see the point of this. I love the products but they are about to disappear.

My package was destroyed and I’m still awaking my refund from Ren. And some of the products are no longer available. Super disappointed

Have used REN facial products for some years now and also bought Showel gels as presents. Always amazing quality and good on skin.
