Customer care over a lost delivery
Submitting any information about lost deliveries etc is hugely repetitive and slow to get a result. Pretty frustrating.

Evercalm is Holy Grail!
The Evercalm products are the Holy Grail for my dry skin. It used to be FLAKY, but not any more thanks to these products! If I use a different moisturizer for even a couple days my skin starts getting flaky again! I tried the Evercalm overnight rescue balm for the first time recently. I had used an SPF that left big red, swollen, and itchy patches on my face. Within less than an hour by symptoms were greatly reduced, and were completely gone within 12 hours. WOW is all I can say! Please keep making these products because there is nothing else as great and effective as them!

Incredible products that have clean ingredients and actually perform extremely well. After trying several different items, not a single one has irritated or bothered my skin. In fact, I find my skin feels more refreshed and smooth after using. Never heavy or sticky. Absolutely in love with this brand!

Great skincream with a lovely scent
I was very happy with the day cream which had a lovely texture and scent but not so happy with the night balm which left my face sticky and had a horrible syrupy texture.
