The level one recertification process is easy and laid out well.

I went through the PN cert as a part of my own journey to lose weight and live a healthier life. I figured I might as well take control of my own journey and in the process found a fulfilling career helping others take control of their health and nutrition.

I've requested for several pdf documents, including an ebook on genes. After over a week, I have yet to receive anything. I am extremely disappointed here.

PN, the platform and the community, provide everything I need to help my clients improve their nutrition and reach their goals. Ultimately, though, it's the coaches relationship with their client and the client's desire to change that make the program a success. This is not a follow-along, purchase my products and do what I say program. It's as much about education as it is about losing weight. Precision Nutrition has the best nutrition information as it relates to fitness and optimal healthy living. I have not seen another resource with as much complete content on nutrition.

I honestly believe this should be required material for anyone looking to coach in the fitness industry.

The PN1 Certification is a great place to start to learn about the fundamentals of nutrition so that you can support your clients in implementing these fundamentals in their everyday life.
