I have learned a lot. I recommend this program.

I've not much intention to coach. It was more for my own behavioural changes and for understanding nutrition as such. I zipped through it in a month and got my certificate. The material was awesome. Explanations were easy to understand and implement. I've been trying them on myself and they are really working well.

I'd a magnificent experience with you. the scientific centent and the maner of coaching is rich I'm satisfy with. For the senarios you add are light for me. maybe, some of them could be treated as another programm to roll in specificly like PREGNANCY. Currently, I'm planning to sell my services and I found that I don't know how to creat a package and what it's gonna be look like. for the one-on-one it's clear as you mention on your artical in details how much it charges. I would prefer to have this information too on the book or resource center Thanks for your asking YAMINA

Precision Nutrition was an excellent fit for my current life. I was able to work on the material at my own pace around my other job and schedule. I loved how detailed yet simplistic the units were. The case studies were really great because you were able to apply what you learned without it being a simple fill in the blank answer. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to go the nutrition/health coaching route!
