A super informative course designed and taught in a simple and effective manner. Great tools and resources on how to implement strategies of psychology, and nutrition science. It's helped me understand how the body works, how food affects us and how to go about coaching myself and other people to eat and live better.

I love the Legacy program, especially the narrated daily lessons and the guided structure. I have tried the beta version, but found it lacking in connection and structure. I have not tried the newest procoach feature, but would like to try it at some point.

I was PN certified already but decided to purchase the new version. The new packaging is just a glimmer of what was inside. The content is concise and structured in way to help you succeed. Yes, you still need to do the work and the investment in your time will pay off. The information is based on science not opinions. PN is more than learning about nutrition. You will learn how to use an individual approach to create habit change whether you work with beginners or advanced athletes. You have access to additional resources that go more in depth in topics. The real-life scenarios are very effective in demonstrating how to apply what you learned. I used to struggle with certain clients. PN taught me a simple approach that gave me the confidence to coach my clients through change and help them adopt sustainable habits as they worked to achieve their goals. Happy clients has been my best marketing!

The PN course is really much more than nutrition. It really bring together the science of nutrition with the art of coaching. I have been a health coach (and personal trainer) for a few years, but always felt that I was missing tactics to help clients build the basics. I feel far more confident in my ability to coach and that I have amazing resources to help guide my clients.

Really enjoyed the course and was laid out in a very simple and intuitive way. Learned so much and will be joining their Academy to keep learning from them

Awesome information, delivered in a digestible and usable way

From the first time I spoke to the team right through until completing the PN Level 1 the experience was excellent. The course lives up to expectations with great materials and in depth content that also encourages you to delve deeper into the additional reading. The PN1 is not one of those courses that leaves you hanging at the end, you'll have a solid idea of how to apply what you have learned in the real world.

I am a learner that needs to practice the process for it to actually stick. So I may have read some things 2-3x, but I loved how easy this was to read and understand, even for me. I have taken a habits course from another company but really wanted to feel grounded and know the science behind a few things while coaching and this helped me gain that confidence!

I love the easy to understand, fun videos and the coaches were very encouraging and thorough. It was a great education as well!

The course was well organized and case studies being both in essay and workshop format really speaks to the mindset of the coaching staff and their flexibility to grow and try new things as the course went on.

I've finished level 1 PN course. Really, I enjoyed this interesting course. It includes good basic knowledge and enough information to make sure you are in the right track. Great thanks for PN team & best of luck for you all.

I absolutely loved this course - would highly recommend to anyone that wants to advance their knowledge and coaching skills. I wish there were a textbook so it could be easier to review previous lessons instead of it all website based. I'll likely be going back to previous lessons to read again - I feel like a better coach since I started!!!
