Great website and quick delivery

Shipping expensive

I paid for express delivery ( before cut off date ) and it looks like I won’t receive it until after Christmas , so not that pleased. .

I love Potts candles. I continue to purchase as I love the scent and how it lingers in a room when you go in the next day and how natural the smell is. I respect the ethos of the company and the opportunity to buy refills. I only have an issue with items appearing on line and yet they are out of stock. I’d appreciate better updating to avoid disappointment.

Beautiful smell. Love candles in the winter months but worry what I’m burning. These are free of terrible chemicals and smell lush. Also love that I can just refill the pot as the seasons go, without stacking up a load of candle containers.

The pots are really lovely and the candles smell fabulous. Haven had them long enough to make a comment about the length of the burn but so far very pleased

I had to contact customer support & they were extremely helpful & gracious.

Original parcel arrived with a pot broken in transit, I emailed with pictures and had a really quick reply with a new pot and refill sent out, great customer service and the candles smell amazing too!

Ordering was easy, my original order delivery was odd and I didn’t receive my package, emails where answered - perhaps initially could have been more helpful but eventually new product sent out and arrived perfectly. The delivery agent said she had been on and not delivered anything! We even checked the hub it went to! A mysterious thing as if I had received both I would have paid for both but I think that’s parcel force! But hate the fact that you have had to cover that! But amazing customer service and amazing product.
