Website is always down when premium products were launched. No reprints. Horrible return service.

There was packing paper on top of the product but not under. There was a blow to the box and it broke the seal on the elite trainer box. If there was packing paper on the bottom it probably wouldn’t have broken the seal on the product.

Another great purchase. Product was timely and in great shape: that's why I'll keep coming back.

Pokémon center is the best website to buy anything period. I spend only +20 dollars on stuff and my stuff ships the same day and gets there like 2-3 days later. Absolutely nothing is beating that. Love Pokémon center.

Everything was great and arrived on time but id be lying if i didnt say we missed out on there being the delivery pokemon packaging.we got regular old box with regular tape.
