So glad Pokemon Centre is now in the UK. Huge number of products, very fast and reasonably priced postage (with tracking). Everything arrives exactly when it should, and is of very high quality. The product reviews are useful and honest.

The restocking seems all bit random, I get many people could forget about pokemon like, My main man Shuckle if he went out of order. But other pokemon that are out of stock for way longer than expected of how popular they’d be, like starters Popplio? Can’t get my hands on the little blue baby. Also alot of Pokemon feel missing, like unova and Alola regions, there’re so many missing yet Regis have two version. Does this mean their not coming, no the Pokécenter team probably have a plan for them all to come eventually and I’m just belly achin’. But products are good, all mind came really quick, and the craftsmanship wonderful. Thanks for the service I’ll be shopping again real soon.

The pokemon tcg product i've bought has come very well packed but some of the other merch I've bought has come damaged or miscolored. It's a hit or miss.

I am a huge fan of pokemon and since the company opened the pokemon centre in the UK I've been over the moon. The products arrive promptly, the quality is perfect and I know I can 100% trust them to provide my order. Never been more happy to buy the products direct from the source for the rrp.

I placed an order in December of 2021 and didn't receive the contents for 2 months. After receiving the package, I had assumed that they sent it without charging my card. About 5 days after receiving the contents and opening it, my card was charged. At this point I couldn't return the product and wouldn't be able to get a refund. So essentially, $500 was taken out of my account unbeknownst to me. At that point, why would you even send the product? I'm definitely warry about buying from this website now because I'd rather not be inconvenienced like this.

Received everything on time and as requested however I’ve found that packing the items seems to be done haphazardly sometimes or just thrown in and then bent sadly, love the company and good prices however

One figurine arrived with a broken tail. I would have to return the order and reorder and that will not be in time for graduation. Very disappointed with my purchase.

It was such a relief to find the "My Luxray's Story" line right here on the Pokemon Center website. I deeply hope you supply more products from this release in the future. The four star review comes because the Luxray plush I received came with quite a bit of a crooked nose, but I love him all the same! By and large, these plush are high quality and are weighted to sit upright!

Great packaging and shipping, I can't complain on free shipping over 20 dollars. So far I've opened many packages from Brilliant Stars, vivid voltage, darkness Ablaze, shining fates etc. So far I've been lucky with the pulls getting V cards , V Star, ultra rare cards and secret rares. I cannot complain Pokémon Center. Thank you for the super fast shipping and notifications.
