Started watching the Pokemon show back in early 2000's in my teens and now I am playing and collecting Pokemon with my son. Great company from the trading card game, to shirts and even skateboards Pokemon does it all. I will remain a lifetime customer!

Website is improving a bit. Does not kick me out often and/or lock me out for the day. As for products, it would be nice if the stock are better. This area still need improvement.

PokemonCenter is one of the best places to shop for pokemon cards. Always a good selection of items(if not sold out). Other than the website every once in awhile kicking me out thinking I'm a robot(cause I add a lot of items to cart), I've had no issues from this seller.

They always ship the product out fast and so come sooner than expected. Only problem is I can’t tell if a product is out of stock and won’t be coming back, or is out of stock and more is coming soon.

Amazing service and quality

Ordered the Piplup and Togekiss sitting cutie/six inch plushies. The Piplup came out exceptional and as advertised. Unfortunately my Togekiss arrived with an awful mouth stitch that I expect from a third party counterfeit market. Really disappointing.

I love Poke'mon, my girlfriend and I both. We spend a lot on the PokemonCenter.com and have had multiple different types of experiences, some rather negative and many simple and easy. The fact that ordering from the Pokemon Center directly has become more and more sketchy overtime is definitely not good to say the least.. Packaging of products could also be a lot better. I receive packages from eBay that are often packaged far more securely than the Pokemon Center, it's kind of incredible really, and not in a good way. We'll still continue to support the Pokemon Center and Pokemon in general. However if things continue to progress down such a non-professional path, I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep that promise.

Overall pleased with mostly all different aspects, from their website, updates, support, and products. One thing I do need to call out is their packaging for products bought by collectors like myself who do not intent to open, but to just keep sealed. Collection Boxes have arrived creased, corners bent, and at times collection boxes have arrived unglued at their tabs. Shipping charges are fair as well. You just expect the best of the best from this company in every aspect but unfortunately it’s not. Overall I have to say I will recommend it, 4 stars out of five for me is what I can give it. Hope this review helps others and the company itself as positive criticism is an opportunity to better itself as the most thought after Pokémon Company in the USA.

My nephew has love all the plushes he got from pokemon center. It gets expensive when kids pick a lot and a coupon would be help out with large order. Thank you pokemon center for your products.

This time around was nice. I was nervous to purchase again given all the negative reviews that I was seeing. Namely for the people purchasing things and items being damaged in transit or having pieces of items missing. Happily my purchases came a day ahead of time and they were not damaged. There still seems to be a bit of an issue with the packaging process somewhere. The cards arrived slightly (and I mean slightly) warped. Regarding the cards I received, I have been enjoying them. It has been a fun challenge to build a good deck that matches well with the pre-constructed theme decks. Regarding the purchase: 1 Build and Battle Box and 2 booster packs. The pulls were surprisingly good this time around. None of them were what one would consider high dollar cards but in this case I got one of the trainer gallery cards plus an ultra-rare card. Those two were very exciting to see.
