I have requested cancellation of this service that does nothing for my business. I received a credit of $87 from a $131 payment which is unacceptable! Now I see another payment scheduled to be deducted from my Credit card on 7/16/2021. Stop stealing my money!

I filled out the application and set all ogf my personal information into Nav for my PPP loan.It has been over 2 months now and I have not heard anything on the ststues of my loan. I am very unhgappy an starting to think that this may be a scam. I only need to know my status and what is taking place even if it is a notice sying that I am not approved. I just need something because now I have sent in my personal information which somone now has access to .

I purchased Nav boost back in May and I’ve tried to contact someone and yet nothing several emails no response what do I do next can someone please explain. I’ve paid 3 months already and haven’t seen a score.

Ever since I started paying for the upgraded plan I was sold for 49.99 a month I've had nothing but issues I have 14 or 15 trade line accounts two credit cards and a gas card for $25,000 and not one thing is reporting I've contacted the bureaus contacted nav I keep it in the same response that my account is being looked into and they'll get back to me in 48 hours it's going on 3 weeks now just be nice if somebody you know reach out or shoot me an email not that hard

I don't agree with your rating scale I always paid my et 30 account in 25 to 29 days never late. No charge offs, no bankruptcy, no late payments. Truly not sure how my rating went down...

My credit score does not match my current credit score although they are both Experian. Need an explanation or a correction.

It’s a shame that I have been a victim of identify fraud through NAV and they really did t help. The best they could come up with is change your password. Really NAV. They allowed another person to access all my information. I was never notified via email. I found by checking my NAV account. NAV does not protect clients when it comes to identity theft.

Complete garbage app. No direct support just an app to collect your money and it did not help boost my business credit!

My tradelines that I've had since 2013 have not shown up anywhere they are at Dun & Bradstreet with an 80-page X score but no one else knows that just done & Bradstreet and my self. These reporting companies say that they don't even know the names of the tradelines remarkable.

When I upgraded my account both my scores (DNB & Experian) dropped. But the bigger issue is NAV report shows a UCC Filing as Derogatory which is not. They stated that it is DNB reporting it. UPON contacting DNB, they stated it is not them because the account is in good standing and sent me my report to prove it to NAV. Then NAV stated that it was the county office. Contacted them as well and they informed me that they do not even do reportings at all. The only company that it shows up DEROGATORY under is NAV. They will not correct it as they state they pull this info directly from the reports. Yet, goes on to state that it is not affecting my score. That is all good, however am I only seeing my file or others; because it looks bad to me. So at this point I’m not sure how to rate the company. I’ll see after having my account for awhile.

I should have to give permission for my personal information to be added. I'm an LLC for a reason.

It has been helpful and monitoring my credit scores and seeing financing offers.
