It’s been two months now I paid for the monthly subscription and I’m still getting the free service and also incorrect business information showing on my account I have try several times to reach out to Nav about this with no response. someone from this company please respond I have copy of Thai subscription payments thanks

All these people do is collect the $42 monthly. They email you 3 & 4 times with nonsense about loans etc but when its time to report your positive accounts & those things they are never available. I definitely dont recommend them.

I feel Nav is helpful for me in understanding with what my business options are. Also, in helping me stay in touch with making choices which don't harm my future moving forward.

Without paying it provides pretty much the same information you can get on a dozen other sites. The lure of extra information about your business is enticing but doesn't really pan out.

NAV is an excellent resource for businesses that have operating cash! Paying the monthly fees is very hard on a small business that does not have the cash flowing in, but going out on paying monthly fees to NAV. I have to cancel and restart once cash flowing in is better!

My profile is showing that I owe $50 on an acct from 6/2021 which is reflecting a payment that is owed. I pay my invoices writhing 3-5 days with all my vendors so I’m not sure why this is showing on Nav. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?

My account never populates when I login. I have and account for my other business and it works just fine. The inconsistency is annoying especially when you pay for a service.

Credit rating is incorrect, debt is zero but reads differently which is also incorrect.

This is not calculating my accounts correctly.

I am so happy with this service. We have not been able to get funding because we just do not know enough about business lenders. With Nav they found us a lender within 24 hours and we were funded. I am also building our business credit with their information they provided using net 30. I am going to be upgrading to the highest membership level and we will be clients as long as we own businesses. We are now preparing for a much larger loan in 3 months to assist us scale. We are grateful.

We felt we where undermined since this seems to be the de facto of business in America. I am a father with a American child and this often replay itself to captivate and have its causations and effects personally and economically.
