I paid the 49. 99 with the expectation that I would receive a line of credit and did not! I was told via email that my credit line was the 49. 99 which makes no sense. I then requested a refund only two days after signing up and was denied, Scam! Wish I had read reviews before signing up

Be careful, they are formal scammers!
I decided to close my Nav Prime account and they did not return the $264 that was left on the card they offer. Their excuse is that they took that money because I decided to close the Nav Prime account. Stay away from this platform that scams its users!

Worst experience I’ve ever have they give you a $1500 spend a limit on what should be a business account makes me laugh terrible customer service would never recommend. I’m closing my account and I’m recommending everyone to stay away from this company.

I never requested anything from this company. By there own admission I never had a conversation with them. I didn't even know what they did, and got charged 500. 00 to report to the credit agencies. This was already being done by the banks and the companies that I have credit with. Just so everyone knows, they have a "STRICK NO REFUND POLICY" for any reason. Take the money and run!!! Just so you know my companies Credit is near perfect, why would I need there help !!!!!

Wrong Info on report, presented to sell services
There are things showing on this report which are not on the major company reports, not to mention totally wrong info, for instance a lien that's false. AND Nav says my rating is GREAT to sign up for their credit card, I consider this malicious baiting.

Wanted to work on my business credit. I kept hearing about NAV. 1000% not impressed. In business 2 years. YTD I have over 400k in revenue, roughly 40k per month in revenue. Never late on anything thing, turning a profit (small but still a profit) When we signed up we applied for NAV checking but got denied. No explanation why. All we got was a denial letter and they said they would contact us when we were "allowed" to reapply. Called customer service, who was very polite and professional, they informed me that they don't have access to any information about the bank as it is separate entity. She did point out how I still get the other benefits. Like the ability to pull my business credit monthly and by paying Prime I get a trade line reported to all the major reports. REALLY?? I am paying $720/year for that? I said for a price I can simply go to the credit reports individually and pull a copy. Oh, but I have it all in one place here. WHOOPIE. I do know how to use bookmarks; it won't be hard, and I already checked out the price; it will be a little less per year to do it that way. Oh, and by going to their sites, I will get slightly more benefits. Plus a trade line, yeah, like they are not a dime a dozen. I can get another one that does report to all credit reports and actually get some thing of value out of it. This is NOT a scam, but if their bank deems you unworthy, it is 1000% not worth the money, and they will NEVER be able to tell you who the bank is or why you were denied.

This is as the others reviews are saying. I've not seen any improvements by having Nav. Received Nav prime card , used 25.00, sinked it for automated payment but it always says failed payment. Can't make manual payment because there isn't a tab for that in app.

This company is ridiculous. How i get approved use the money pay it back get another deposit try to use it and it was declined. No one knows as to why. Then the come up with fraudulent activity was being done. Mind you its under my name my buisness I didn't report any fraudulent activity I'm back and forth no supervisor was available or manager. Customer service was horrible and he just said we just don't wanna do buisness with you. Are you serious. Please do not use these people they are out to ruin your credit

I called every month for the past 18 months and get the same answer ….Some agent name Radolf is Handling my case and he will get in contact with me it’s been 18 months 2000 just gone …They refuse to get a supervisor for me and there just terrible don’t bank with them my business was shut down due to NAV!!!!!!!!!!

Banking issues
I had an account with Nav, the account wa closed for violation of their policy, they closed my account December 2023 and I was told that they would send the money that was in the account to my mailing address. It's six months later, June 4, 2024, and I still have not received my money, I have spoke to several customer service reps and they all tell me that the check was sent to my company address and it will be issued to the mailing address!!! They have been telling me this for six months, spoke with a supervisor two months ago, and when I called today, that supervisor is telling her agent that she just got confirmation last week that my check would be reissued and sent out, which is the same thing she told me two months ago. This company is full of it and at this point seems to be taking my money!!!!! I gave them one star but they don't deserve that!!!!

No regard per personal information. For months they are sending me someone else’s invoice. I have requested multiple times for them to fix this and they just act like it’s not a big issue.

Lacking communication delayed updates
I don't even know where to begin. I've only had this account for less than month and it has been very delayed on all levels such as; -It took over 2 weeks for first transaction to post which was $10. -I had two bank accounts connected via Plaid that were magically disconnected, just in time for "repayment". There were no issues up until this point. -I get a prompt that says " reconnected your repayment method to pay due balance" which I did. however I still get the same prompt no matter what. -So I go to add funds to my prime banking which I had no plans on even using since I already have two business accounts. -Those funds are still pending 3 days later. I changed repayment to my nav prime banking to pay the balance, but nothing happens -I reach out the customer service chat bot, no real person is available until 4 hours later. I get no phone call just an email -The email does not address my concern, just wants me to confirm my identity. -I get different utilization reports between the app and website. -I got charged on a disconnected business bank account, still no sure if that is for repayment of for funding for nav banking. -I am still being prompt to reconnect business bank account for repayment since the balance still shows unpaid. and due 5/29th/2024 At this point I do not use the charge card any more after only 2 transactions totaling $15. I will wait for everything to finish pending and close out my account. Nav has actually disgusted me to the point that I don't even care about building business credit anymore, I am looking to build capital the old fashioned way. This was the first and probably the last platform I will be using to build business credit. I have money in several accounts including nav prime banking yet I still owe $9 that was due on 5/29th this makes no sense. I don't do well with others trying to set me and my business up for failure.

STAY AWAY FROM 1800ACCT
I started with 1800ACCT 8 months ago and now have paid them $6560.32. I've had 5 bookkeepers in this 8 months. When I schedule appointments no one calls me, I have to put in a ticket to get a call back. Book aren't correct to get my taxes completed. Was told no refund after 30 days, Per Tyler the subscription engagement manager. Best option is to continue to pay and let them figure out how to get books straight. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. The book keepers don't stay long enough to resolve any issue so I keep starting over and over with not resolution or completion of any task. They don't call to get clarification for what is what they just make assumptions is why my book aren't correct. Therefore without book correct I can't have my taxes prepared or completed, but an accountant/tax preparer is being paid. They refuse to REFUND. BBB Complaint was put int today 5/17/2024. Please see BBB for all their complaints. Stay Away from this company. Even with the tax preparer they wouldn't start until I got on them over and over, and when they did start they stated I needed to put in a request for tax extension, just to find out the book aren't correct. For instance, I linked my business bank account at PNC with Nav, set up auto-pay, and made a small transaction of $134, which I paid immediately. However, despite the funds being deducted from my account and posted, my Nav card got locked, and I couldn't use it. I contacted their customer support multiple times, but I was kept on hold for 25, 17, and 48 minutes, respectively, without any resolution. I have to admit that this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They still haven't been able to figure out why my card is locked even though I used my own money. It seems like a scam to pull people's money and put them in a risky situation. Buyer Be advised do not go with Nav !!!!! look at other options.
