I got steak assortments twice for a dear friend of over fifty years, who has lived all over the world, and understands great cuisine. She remarked that the steaks: both bourbon peppercorn, and sirloin strips were the best she has ever tasted. Great customer service as well.

My original order, which included steak and steak burgers, arrived missing the steak burgers. I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue promptly. Within a few days the shipment with the burgers was in my freezer!

First time ordering from Chicago Steaks and they will be my new go to for beef. I’ve used Snake river farms and they have jacked their prices through the roof since the pandemic and are not for regular people in my mind. I don’t have endless money to buy beef and I do want better quality than my local grocery store. Chicago Steaks does that to a tee. Custom service is top notch and responsive. Slight issue with my first order and they corrected it next day, FedEx issue not Chicago Steaks. I will definitely be looking to this company for my future beef needs.
