Somehow, two of our ribeye steaks got “lost” in the freezer. For over a year. Oops! We thawed them out and grilled them yesterday evening. DELICIOUS!

Shipping was perfect and swift with really great packing arriving on a hot 100+ Arizona day frozen solid. First grilling, medium rare, delivered a handsome appearing filet with a fine flavor, but a tad on the dry side. Will try again and definitely whip up a good bearnaise. The bonus hamburgers are juicy and fabulous.
