Outstanding Customer Service
I experienced an issue with delayed delivery…when I called to discuss my issue & fact that it was holiday gift (& even though the delivery service was at fault, Not-44 Steaks) I was provided with a full refund for the smoked prime rib that I ordered…I cannot say how much this meant to me… I feel that Nate Gray is a gentleman & a smart businessman & I told him so …nothing ensures chances of a customer returning for future business, than the best treatment of customer & I told Nate exactly that! PS—I reached out to my family that I sent gift to, & they were still able to enjoy this beautiful dinner, just on a different day! Charl Woltin

Terrible service e
My Beef Wellington was to have been received in 4 days. We planned for it for a meal. It took 8 days to get to us. There were NO directions on how to cook it. The website gave an error message when I tried to find instructions. I have spent at least 6 calls trying to figure it out where it was and how to cook it. TERRIBLE service.
