Couldn't find the bulk price on the website, so I ordered 10 pens, hoping I would get the price of a box of 10, but no such luck, I paid 10x the individual pen price and as soon as my order was finalized I got offered the box of 10 for a lower price, but no way to delete my order and take that instead. Worse yet, the gel pens seem to have changed since the last time I bought them, so instead of a nice smooth easy-to-draw line I get a little scratchy thin line that I can barely see. Disappointed, I'll use these up and go back to BIC.
