Muji's style and overall aesthetic is very nice and simplistic, their stationary is quite durable too

10 days just to between placing and order and being notified that the order has finally shipped is not optimal, but the products are good quality.

Overall good experience. Only a bit frustrating when you go to buy more in store or online ans there's no stock. But that happens. I would and will buy from Muji again.

I have not received a response on a missing item in my online order for 6 weeks despite handing in all supporting photos and documents. Order number is 213070. I have emailed over 3 times and there is no follow up. It's so disappointing. I ordered over $90 in stationary supplies. I would not be pursuing the issue of one single pen if it wasn't really missing in the shipment I received. I am stuck not being able to make more purchases with Muji because this issue is still in limbo for me. What other course of action do I have left other then to leave negative reviews when customer service is non-responsive?

I love muji and even though the online order system is a bit outdated the customer service is good .

I have a backpack that’s on the flimsier side and my notebooks and pencils would get lost easily but now it’s so much easier to find and get my things out.

I like the 20-ring binders because they are strong and adorable.
