If you must have the vin, just say that right at the start "Please have your VIN ready, you will need it begin a search and to complete checkout. " In your site FAQ you could clarify the VIN is not to identify or track vehicle ownership, it's to improve individual order accuracy. Every vehicle must openly display it's VIN from the dashboard, it's a federal law. Anyone can order parts based any VIN. I had a CSR call and email me after I submitted the order to say I still needed the VIN, what a waste of time and MONEY. It's faster and far more accurate to use google vs your sites search engine to find parts on your website, why is that? You would think the VIN should speed things up, BUT IT DOES NOT, all you get is 18 sub massive sub catagories you have manully sift and scroll around in until you hopefully see something pop up on the screen. I suggest you need the VIN to act as a key that creates a subpool of records that a person can further refine and search from within for both partial numbers and keywords. I also tried two payment options, visa was the only one that worked, what is that? If your not taking paypal, or QAing for it, don't include it. Don't include an option in the web site that alows you to not provide a VIN, and then pay from someone to call and send emails to request it to compelete the order.

I have ordered a part (order number: 10402) . I recieved damaged part and I returned it the very next day and i was told that new part is already sent to me and receive by September 2 and when i called today to know the status they are saying they need to receive the damaged one then only they can send new one. . i have to wait another 2-3 days for this part to arrive. This is very unprofessional way to treat the customers. I regret to be a customer of you.

Ordered parts Aug 26. Paid for overnight shipping. Item shipped Aug 28 amd still havent recieved the order. People say shop Canadian but it takes twice as long to recieve anything. I will keep buying from American vendors.
