It would be nice if you made a category for service supplies, for all things you would need to do a service like fuel filter, water separator, oil filter, air filter all in one, that would take the guess work out in trying to find those supplies.

Never received it. I inquired, and was told that due to Canada Post strike, it was delayed. I would have expected them to ship me another, via another method.

Part arrived on time as promised. Was the right part. The representative that I spoke to was able to confirm the part I needed, which was extremely helpful. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered a hitch for my Wagoneer S ans it was missing the bolts and some adapter. I called back, they shipped the bolts and I got them after another week but not the adapter and refused to just give me a credit so I can order what I need myself. I end up purchasing it and paying for it because I needed my hitch installed.
