The cable snapped the first time I tried to fold the seat. Visually, it's clear that the steel cable is thinner than the original and can't handle the load. Don't buy this cable — it's a waste of money.

Mopar Canada Parts had what I needed in stock, great price and arrived at my door well packaged in a week or less. . also had tracking for the package available but I received it before I even looked at tracking. I will definitely be a returning customer. Kudos to the whole team. Thanks, Austin.

Buyers beware. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this store. I live in Calgary, the same city they’re located in. They advertise that in-stock parts ship within 2–4 business days, yet I’ve been waiting over two weeks with no delivery. Instead of allowing me to pick up the order directly, which I offered to do, they insisted on shipping through Purolator. Now the package is stuck in Purolator’s system and I have no way of resolving it. This has been an incredibly frustrating and avoidable experience.

My interaction with the team member I was e mailing with went well. The part I ordered is exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t happy with the policy that billing address and shipping address had to I match or they wouldn’t fill the order. This created an issue as I work remote and wanted to do the install while I was here at work. So I had to get my credit card address changed long enough to do the order. Part is installed and works as it should. B

I’ve placed three orders with Mopar Canada Online recently. Two of the parts have already been installed on my truck and are working great. The third order I ended up not needing, and I was able to return it easily. I dropped it off today, and the full refund was processed back to my credit card shortly after—super quick!
