We did a walk in piercing appointment and was not pleased with the service. Felt rushed and not given enough time to make sure I was happy with the spot to be pierced. If they cannot accommodate, they shouldn't have booked us in.

I love the experience of shopping at your Marylebone store, the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. The thing I appreciate the most is the ability to interact with the pieces in a way that feels really special - you can play and experiment without having to worry about requesting pieces and are trusted with them. As a WOC that has bought many of your pieces. this is not a experience I get elsewhere sadly. I hate to end this review on such a low point but brands need to think about their shopping environments and I’m so glad that Mejuri has. 10/10 shopping/brand/product experience.

The jewellery is very beautiful and delicate but the delivery times are a little slow.

This past year I have purchased 6 items from Meguri and I am saving up for more. All the items are very reasonably priced and they are very well made. I love diamonds ( who doesn’t) and their diamond pieces are every bit as beautiful as they are in the photos. If you have been looking at things online, go ahead and order something. You won’t be disappointed.
