I received a necklace, never took it out of the box as I could tell right away the “14k gold” it claims to be, was completely off color from any other real gold items I would be wearing it with. Emailed right away to return, and returned in mail. They’re now claiming it was received completely tangled. I asked for pictures, the pictures are of a a different necklace. Should it have been the necklace from the photo I would kept it as the color is correct. Also there’s dog hair in the photo. And it’s on this extremely dirty and dusty black velt. I also do not own a dog. The company’s only “customer service” is through text messages. No one will speak on the phone. Do NOT trust Mejuri. If you have to return videoing and photographing EVERYTHING. They will only give me credit back to the company. How convenient for these scammers who can’t pick up a phone!

I went to the Bellevue Square (Washington) location this past Sunday hoping to purchase a necklace. Kenzie (apologies if spelt wrong!) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and provided crucial insight in helping me decide which necklace to buy. Luckily, they also had the exact necklace material and length I wanted in store as well. Super appreciative of Kenzie and the rest of the Bellevue team for making my shopping experience quick and easy, I will definitely be returning!

I stopped by the Mejuri in Boston Seaport on a slow Tuesday afternoon with my cousin. The second I walked in I was greeted by the two kind girls working. They both gave me great information on the jewelry, while also making friendly small talk. While I did not buy anything that day, I will definitely be returning to make a purchase in the near future! Overall, the customer service was wonderful and the jewelry/store is stunning!

I ordered diamond stud earrings, which never arrived. Mejuri admitted they were lost with the courier and promised to issue a refund, 3 months later and I have not received a refund... and they have stopped answering my emails. I was a regular customer, but never again, if something goes wrong you won't see your money again!

I loved the style of this cuff! I've had this cuff for a little more than 7 months; it fit and has not fallen out any of the times I've used it (it has moved around a little though), but keep in mind all ears are different. The description of the product is really useful, especially as a size guide to see where the cuff might fit best. This is a great addition to your earring collection without the commitment of a new piercing.

The perfect hoop for day to day use! They are a great size for an everyday wear and versatile (they go with professional and casual attire). I've fallen in love with Mejuri pieces! My entire jewelry set is now Mejuri and I still have more items on my wishlist. Customer service is prompt to respond and shipping is always quick (~3 days) even to Singapore. The rolo chain bracelet/necklace, patra pavé diamond & the angled diamond station ring are my favorites and I wear them every day. So much sparkle! It gives me peace of mind that all their pieces come with a long warranty too.

I rate 4 stars, because although the products arrived in good condition, I specifically asked for minimal packaging to avoid unnecessary waste and still got a tote bag with the delivery... Seems a bit wasteful to me. Other than that I am overall happy with my purchase!
