I purchsed earrings from them and when they arrived they cheaply made and I could not wear them. I returned them and they refused to reimburse me because they said they were scratched. I never wore them. This company is a scam!

Honestly, this deserves 0 stars. Two pearls fell out of the ring (worn minimally, purchased in September, 2023). Have been in contact with customer service who keep repeating "this is not the quality of our jewellery". However based on my experience, and many reviews, it clearly is. Beautiful, disappointing waste of money, don't trust this brand.

I bought Easy Huggie Hoops White Gold. The packaging is so nice and I received the item so quickly. The earrings are so pretty and just the right size for daily wear. I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed!

The staff at the Mejuri store in Bethesda are fantastic. They made the buying experience, very seamless and easy. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in, And they pulled out the last necklace in stock for me, and even untangled a few knots from the chain that had formed. Definitely recommend for all of your jewelry purchases! I also love the 14k gold necklace I got.

I wanted an initial charm to add to a necklace that was my mom’s. The diamond initial is the perfect size and of high quality. I plan to wear it alone on a gold chair as well. I love it!

I was gifted a Pave Diamond X Ring a while ago. After it got damaged, still under warranty, I asked for a replacement. The customer service asked helped me with the process, including the customs. The replacement ring eventually arrived in the size I requested, and the additional costs were covered by Mejuri.

Went into the Covent Garden shop to buy some earrings for a present, the customer service from Helini and Ella was excellent and the choice and quality of ear rings was fantastic. The layout and presentation of the store is very customer friendly and enables you to thoroughly enjoy the experience. I had so much choice and Helini helped me choose not only the perfect pair for my present, which the recipient loved, but 2 pairs for myself which I also love. I would definitely recommend for both the quality of products and the customer service experience.
