I would give the customer service experience a five star and the shipping a two star and landed on a four star experience. The people are great and the shipping is fast but they delivered it to the wrong house. Luckily it was just next door and they contacted me about it so we had no trouble putting it together in their driveway and riding it home after charging the battery. All in all, not bad service.

No Instructions for use of a different style of shoulder straps. Study the picture close to be sure you know how this sling attaches over the shoulders. I (we) didn't notice that it was different than (literally) every other sling we have ever used. We cannot use this sling because it applies too much pressure on the upper arms. Also! Cannot Return! So yet another DM product in our collection😠
