The order process went well. The hoist arrived in the timeframe promised. The sling, however, did not arrive with the hoist. We called the salesman immediately. He made a quick check and found that the manufacturer had left it out of the package. They promptly quick-shipped it. It arrived soon afterwards. We are completely satisfied with our experience.

I was mislead when reading
I was mislead when reading reviews. This product is to help lift people from a bed . I need something similar but the legs need to be wider. I have a person 300 pounds that keeps falling onto the floor . I wish I could return for something that can lift a 300 pound person from a fall onto the floor. It's nice and easy to assemble but it doesn't do what I need it to do.
