Everything was super easy. The quoting. Shipping. Assembling.

It took about 10 days to arrive and when it did I assembled it right away. It's quite a heavy box and we'll packed.

Sales rep was very pleasant, Was not "pushy" & very helpful. Scooter arrived earlier than expected.

Ordering was easy, quick delivery, product didn't work when I got it, no repair reps in the area. Was advised by company repairs farmed out to I will have to wait till mid Oct for someone to come.

I had no trouble buying the bed, but had no idea it was so large that some people cannot fit it through the door to their home, around stairs and doorways. I was told they could not fit this bed in my house - I have a small ranch with a wheelchair ramp, but the ceiling was not high enough as the bed I purchased was one solid piece and queen size. I waited a month and still have no bed….. I had a straight path to my bedroom, no steps involved.
