I love my Medical Guardian fall detection device. I live alone and have history of several falls. This device gives my family and myself reassurance that I am more able to get the help I need in case of a fall or other special need.

I am very pleased with my Medical Guardian . It gives me security knowing I have it.

My dad fell and pressed the button for med alert. It was amazing. They called me, I was able to speak to him and the ambulance was there quickly. Med Alert gave me such peace of mind and that’s invaluable.

Very happy with medical Guardian

I purchased Medical Guardian service for my wife and paid over $700 for one year of service including insurance. I was told that the service could be cancelled at any time for a refund of unused service. Shortly after beginning the service my wife passed away. I cancelled the service on July 5, 2023. I have not yet received the refund though it is now over 6 weeks since I cancelled the service. .

My wife fell in the bathroom and was injured and could not stand up. I was notified quickly and was able to assist her.

I rated a 4 because I have yet to use the system for a fall. If I had used the system it would be a 5.

Was easy to sign up for service. Necklace is very convenient, staff has always been helpful when I’ve had questions.
