All is good except the voice on the receiver is fuzzy and not very clear but I like the unit - as a company you could have the unit tell me if it is fully charged - I always press the button to check if it is Fully charged-

So far it’s been good. Thank goodness I haven’t had to use it for any reason yet!

My Father-in-Law had a fall and my Husband was 1st on the list and never got a call. I was told they would look into it and get back to me and never received a call back.

The equipment is great.i alternate between using the lanyard and the clip-on attachment. The customer service is awesome, quickly responding when I accidentlely hit the button and even when I dropped it which simulated a fall to the call center. I also broke the clip attachment o the lanyard and they immediately sent a replacement lanyard.

Since I live by myself it’s a real comfort that in the event that I have a medical issue. all I have to do is push the button for help. I get a full charge for 3-4 days and then I put it back on the charger for a while. I’m so glad that I have this tool.

Everything seems alright but the clasp breaks to easily and cant get another one so I had to superglue it together to take a shower.

When i first ordered it they said they would have spanish speaking operators once we activated it they said no that you spoke with whoever answered your call. Also i recieved a call to let me know to check in every month at the same time they talked about some extra stuff that i could purchase. Once i hung up the phone my credit card advises me that they had charged me. I never agreed to anything but still goy charged.

Haven’t had to use for emergency but concerned about delay in response when testing pendants.

I have been very pleased with every aspect of your service so far . It helps me to feel secure to know that should I need help you will be there in seconds .

I have not had to use for eme rency yet. I wish battery lasted longer than 5 days

Medical Guardian is easy to work with and reliable. Always get someone to talk to when you call without waiting for what seems like a long time if I were to have an emergency. Always there!!

It is very convenient and trustworthy. I have accidentally dropped it a couple.of times while taking it off for bed and it immediately responded to see if I needed assistance. I feel very secure and protected by this tiny medical piece of equipment. Thank you Medical Guardian!

This is the second time I’ve used Medical Guardian and am very pleased with it. I just referred a friend and she said the charge monthly was 34.95. I pay yearly and it was over 700.00. Im wondering what the difference is but haven’t called to check. The charger is a bit tricky to set the unit in and a couple of times even though it says charging it didn’t. Service great.

Works well. Just unattractive to wear. Belt clip doesn’t work well
