My father and I called Medical Guardian this morning just to look into alert options. We were blessed to be connected to Leon Cook who guided us to purchasing services. Leon was personable, knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand and a joy to work with. My father and I had some reservations about taking this step, but Leon explained everything so well. I am getting abuse by peers.can you help.me

When I tried to cancel I was told it was canceled, then received a bill, then told it was canceled, then another bill, then canceled. Ultimately, many phone calls, I was supposed to get a refund for canceling early, they "applied" money to bogus charge. They don't know what they are doing in customer service, billing, and customer care. On top of that, this site is allowing the 1-star review to be left.

No problems. They always respond immediately! Have not had any medical issues that needed assistance with, only working checks ups!

I haven't had to use Medical Guardian yet for an emergency, but am glad it's there. I don't like the device flashing while I'm wearing it, so I wear it under my shirt, which isn't the best for fall detection.

I feel very secure with my medical guardian. They offer support with the press of a button.

Very easy to work with, do everything they can to help you understand the whole process.

It's a fine device for peace of mind but the rates are rather steep and it needs to be charged every 5 days.

I have so far used my Guardian only once, but the response was quick and essential to my getting up and getting going again.

I have peace of mind now my mother has Medical Guardian. She had started falling more often and now even outside she has protection. There was an incident and the ambulance got to Mom's home before I could. I only live 5 miles away! We are grateful for the service Medical Guardian provides. Plus, the peace of mind is worth every penny!
