Ordered online and was very happy. Was looking for a battery and this company was one of the sites that had it. I like that it shows how many are available to order. Was an easy process to order and the product arrived on the day listed. I would order from this company again.

UUUGGG. . . you shipped USPS. took 6 days to go 40 miles. Please charge the extra 2 dollars for UPS. UPS is one day when NJ to NJ. thanks for great service!

2011 CADILLAC SRX REAR HATCH PASSENGER SIDE STRUT
After searching the Internet I found that MALOUF had the discontinued OEM strut in stock. I ordered the strut on-line and it arrived about 10 days later. The part arrived wrapped in original GM packaging. Using YOU TUBE for assistance, I removed the defective strut and installed the new strut in less than 15 minutes. The new strut immediately resolved the problem of the hatch slowly falling down and hitting me on my head while taking packages out of the trunk. Thank you MALOUF PARTS XPERTS!

We ordered a part for a 2006 Express. The part that we ordered first did not work-our fault. We ordered the replacement and it came and was the exact fit and the time quoted to get to us was exactly what we were told. We returned the part that was wrong and got credit immediately. Sent back wrong center cap in exchange for correct one, as they advised to do. No answer or confirmation from them that they received wrong part for exchange. Post office did confirm they did receive it though. Bad communication on their part!
