The part I ordered didn’t fit and you do not have a return policy

very disappointed with the online ordering process. I ordered the battery for my truck 48agm and received a tiny 80Rc agm battery for the ATV of some kind itis not a good place to buy from at the end they do not want to send me a right battery instead of refund me and it take too long to get the return shipping label.

That part that matched my vin made everything sooooooo easy!!! You guys are great !!!

I purchased a paint pen and it was old or defective, paint was all runny and would not mix no matter how much I shook it. I emailed asking for a refund, they wanted to make use I was using the paint correctly because one side is clear coat. I responded back that I was using it correctly. They never emailed back after that to refund the paint pen.

Part was received and was correct. All is well and Thanks again
