I have used Malouf multiple times since purchasing my truck in 2019 and you guys have consistently offered great deals on parts and always have fair shipping prices. You just about always have what I need in stock and even if something has to be ordered, it's always worth the wait as my local dealerships would never match your prices. Also thank you so much for the clear communication. I love how you guys notify me directly when something is being shipped. You guys rock!

I'm not sure what order this review is for but I can tell you that I have ordered 7 times from this establishment and never had any issues. They are an hour drive from my home so I could either save on shipping or have the part shipped to my home which is a plus. Great customer service too.

Absolutely hoorible customer service by the guy down there (claims to be the parts manager) I just got off The phone with. Cut me off and wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying mid sentence and then refused to put me on the phone with his boss. He claimed he didn’t have one. I still don’t have tie correct part either l. NEVER AGAIN considering this shady company

My experience with Auto Parts is when I ordered the part it arrived on time undamaged and I would recommend friends and family to order from them I finally find that I can find a part from someone without going through difficulties

Ordered a sunroof switch for my GM and came within the shipping time packed properly and correct. Ordered parts from Malouf for years and have been dependable.

Great customer service. I provided my vin and received an email shortly after I submitted my order about the part not fitting. I called and they got me the correct part and they happen to have that one in stock. They got it shipped out that day and received the part a couple days later. The part worked as is should. Will definitely order from them again.

Can't beat their prices, full stop. Awesome communication and quick turnaround on orders as well. I have a Cadillac/Chevy dealer in my town, but I drive an extra 25 minutes to Malouf because they simply can't be beat.
