wonderful food which my retriever loves. the packaging and the customer service are fantastic and all the flavours seem to go down well. love the branding and what more can one want for their dog.

My Bengal kitten loves the chicken patties. Also, my other kitten milo is 2 years old has started eating it too. It's very well packaged and quick delivery. Good quality and value for money. Will definitely be ordering more. Recommend.

My cat loves there food, we tried many others before we settled with Luna& me the food looks good enough to eat yourself come in very nice packages and is handy portions I would recommend anyone to them ago you won’t be disappointed

My fussy Cavapoo Georgie loves these patties. They are so easy and convenient with minimal mess considering it’s raw.

My cats absolutely love this food, I was a little hesitant making the switch incase they didn’t like raw food… I needn’t have worried as they devour every morsel! It’s early days to see any difference in their fur or behaviour.

Fast and easy

The food by itself is great. I also love the patties form, but sadly, my cats (even if they have been on raw all their life) don't want to eat it. I will have to return to ordering from another raw food brand.

Our dog Bear loves Luna & Me! It’s perfect how it’s portioned making it super easy to use.

No issues with you, product and service always 5 stars. However DPD failed! They ignored my instructions and dumped the box on my doorstep that is directly on the pavement, if it wasn't for the child next door, the box would have been stolen. Luckily nextdoor took the parcel in for me.

Great product, excellent service

I think the food itself is great. My dog’s skin and coat has improved massively since she’s been on it. I’ve had slightly mixed experiences with customer service but not enough to stop me choosing this food over others. One thing I would like is to be able to reduce packaging eg to have the option to avoid the cardboard sleeves.

My cats love their luna raw cat food There is no wastage

I have tried a couple of raw suppliers and especially one of our cats did not like the food. But all 3 of our cats love the Luna and Me (been purchasing for more than 2 years now). Efficient overnight delivery with the meat cakes being still frozen on delivery which is great. Thank you

This is the second time I’ve received my order and it’s been defrosted, if this happens again I will be forced to change product

Brilliant product for dogs and especially cats as the patties are a sensible size but let down by the polystyrene box which is NOT recyclable in as far as I can tell any borough or council

My Jack Russell enjoys his food from Luna and me. The variety box is just perfect for his picky appetite. He loves his beefy and venison patties best. Delivery and customer service is exemplary. Keep it up.
